Pat Mc Garty is Head of Department of Humanities and Social Studies in IT Tralee. He has an MA and MBS from UCD/Smurfit Business School and has vast experience of third level education throughout the country - having worked in DIT, Athlone I.T., I.T. Blanchardstown. He has acted as Vice Chairman of Ardfert GFC (Kerry) and as a member of the backroom team in Ardfert's two All Ireland winning Junior and Intermediate Club Championships titles in 2006 and 2007.
